OVERSEAS DELIVERY COSTS
Orders that are for delivery outside Australia will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 per order. Should there be a large difference in acutual shipping costs we will contact you to cofirm any changes before dispatch.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Your orders and the service we give is very important to us and therefore each order will have one of these receipted delivery stickers. Anything with these stickers on has to be signed for when delivered. The number on the sticker means that it has some traceability and can be tracked. |
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
If you need to chase up your order please visit this Australia post site http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/ you can then enter the tracking number and it will tell you where your parcel is. Your tracking number can be found by logging into your Sticker Store account and clicking on the orders link. You will then be able to find the order in question and view the tracking number. If you still have a question about it please call your local post office and quote the number to them and they will follow it up for you.
